The KORVEXA Method
OUR SOLUTIONS
Building Renovation as a Strategic Opportunity
A large portion of France's commercial real estate was built between the 1960s and 1990s. Today, these buildings have limited energy performance and require technical modernization in order to meet new economic and regulatory challenges.
Energy renovation often allows for the use of an existing structure: foundations, framework, and volumes are known, which helps secure a significant part of the project while reducing some of the uncertainties encountered in new constructions.
Why KORVEXA?
KORVEXA stands out with an integrated approach to energy performance. Where projects are often fragmented among several providers, the group coordinates all the necessary expertise to bring a global and coherent vision.
The objective is to enable companies to sustainably improve the energy performance of their buildings while securing investments and guaranteeing measurable results.
The Korvexa method is built around three complementary pillars:
PRODUCE.
With photovoltaic energy production via ITRA SOLAR
OPTIMIZE.
With improved energy performance and infrastructure optimization through Altior Airtech
TRANSFORM.
Through energy renovation and modernization of buildings.
Our three-step energy approach
1. Energy analysis and diagnosis
Each project begins with an in-depth analysis of the site's energy consumption. Studying bills, load curves, and consumption records makes it possible to identify the main energy-consuming areas and evaluate optimization levers.
Engineering teams use energy simulation tools to assess the potential for photovoltaic production and the portion of consumption that can be covered by local production.
2. Optimization of energy infrastructure
When the analysis reveals opportunities for improvement, the building's technical infrastructure is examined: heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems, or industrial equipment.
Modernization, energy management, or building technical management solutions can be offered to significantly reduce energy consumption.
3. Project Implementation and Management
Once the solutions are validated, a structured action plan is implemented. This may include the installation of a photovoltaic power plant, the modernization of energy equipment, or the improvement of the building's thermal envelope.
In certain complex projects, specialized technical partners may be engaged to conduct additional energy audits and prioritize actions to be taken.
